After every Dawn Mass, chapel volunteers partake of free coffee and bread (pan de sal) care of the chapel. I suggested that we bring our own cups and wash it either at home or at the chapel instead of using disposable styrofoam cups so as not to add to the garbage problem. My suggestion was met with giggles. The majority thinks doing so would inconvenience them.
A little inconvenience, a little sacrifice for the environment, but who is willing to do it?
It would be great if more people think like you. We need to do everything we can for the environment. I agree that every little thing counts, and we need to care for Mother Earth for our own sake and that of our children.

I’m with you. A small inconvenience that over times leads to significant decreases in waste. I almost always carry my own cup with me.

Now, how can we have more people who think like you do to save our environment?
